Senior Tax Manager or Tax Manager
Working for one of our clients in Windsor, Ontario
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager or Tax Manager to join our Windsor office in a key leadership role aligned with our succession planning strategy. This position is intended to strengthen both our Canadian and cross‑border tax practices and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Partners on complex tax planning initiatives. The successful candidate will progressively assume greater responsibility within the practice and play an integral role in its continued growth and long‑term leadership transition.
- Lead and review T1, T2, and T3 tax engagements
- Deliver advanced tax planning solutions for owner‑managed businesses and high‑net‑worth clients
- Support corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and estate strategies
- Manage CRA audits and complex tax matters
- Mentor and develop junior tax team members
- Strengthen client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth
- CPA designation (CPA Ontario member in good standing)
- 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
- Full time in‑person role
- Strong technical expertise in Canadian tax
- Completion of the In‑Depth Tax Program (or currently enrolled) preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capability and interest in long‑term growth within a firm
- Clear pathway toward Senior Tax Manager or Tax Principal, based on the level at which the successful candidate joins the firm
