Ric has for many years been assisting and guiding clients engaged in numerous fields.
There is a concentration of construction and automotive service companies in his client base. He has provided business advice, tax services and all forms of accounting services.
For many years Ric was a municipal auditor, providing audit services for many of the municipalities in Essex county.
Prior to founding the Lanoue Accounting firm (now Melo LLP), and subsequently incorporating a Professional Corporation, Ric was a Partner for 12 years in 2 Big Four National Firms being the Managing Partner in one of them for 3 years.
As an entrepreneur, Ric also has done a significant amount of investing in Stock Portfolios and Real Estate, having owned a Golf Course in Arizona for 10 years as well as other real estate properties.
