As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Kaela brings more than 18 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting and client advisory services. She works closely with clients to help them better understand their financial position and navigate accounting matters with clarity and confidence.
Kaela is known for her personable and approachable style, taking care to present complex financial information in ways that are practical and easy to understand. She is also passionate about mentoring young people who are pursuing careers in accounting.
Prior to joining Melo, Kaela built her career at a national accounting firm and later held progressive roles within a large multinational manufacturing corporation, where she gained extensive experience in both accounting and financial reporting.
A dance mom with a passion for travel, Kaela loves spending time with her family and cheering from the sidelines at rehearsals and competitions.
