HR Generalist Recruiter

Melo LLP is currently searching for an HR Generalist Recruiter for one of our clients in the Windsor, ON area. The successful candidate would be working closely with the HR team to ensure all open positions are filled and that staffing is adequately maintained.

- Conduct full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and referencing
- Attract qualified internal and external candidates through posting on appropriate websites, job boards, and Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate documentation collections and manage candidate files
- Provided recommendations on new recruitment channels
- Track vacancies and report statistics on a weekly and monthly basis
- Prepare new hire packages
- Facilitate and participate in the new hire orientation process
- Help coordinate with training
- Other duties as assigned
- College or University degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources
- Must have 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or a Recruitment position
- Experience working with Success Factors (ATS) is an asset
- Must be detail-oriented and be capable of working in a fast paced environment
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite products
- Must have the ability to compile, analyze, and interpret data
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
