We are currently searching for an experienced Internal Accountant to join our team in our Leamington or Windsor office.
Our team of experienced and passionate professionals are located across six offices throughout Southwestern Ontario, growing to deliver our clients the ultimate first-class experience.
We are a mid-market accounting firm with locations in Forest, Leamington, Sarnia, Strathroy, Windsor and Wyoming. We provide audit, accounting, tax and a wide range of business advisory services. We serve clients ranging in size from small owner-managed enterprises to large, privately held organizations in various industries including the agribusiness, real estate, manufacturing and professional services sectors.
- AR, AP, and payroll
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- HST returns
- Completion of T4's
- Prepare government remittances: HST, EHT, IFTA, WSIB
- Preparing of reports as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy with an attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of confidentiality
- 5+ years bookkeeping skills experience
- High degree of knowledge with QuickBooks online
- Proficient in Office 365 Outlook, Excel, & Word
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and handle simultaneous assignments with success and accuracy
